William E. Gibson CEO
Mr. Gibson was a founder of Digital Microwave Corporation, a manufacturer of high frequency digital microwave radios, and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 1984 through 1990 and as President of DMC International until June 1995. Prior thereto, Mr. Gibson held various management positions at Harris Farinon, including Vice President and General Manager.
Mr. Gibson holds a MBA and a BS in Engineering from the College of Notre Dame.

Charlie C. Pai Senior VP, CFO
Mr. Pai has been Mobicom Corporation's chief financial officer since inception. Mr. Pai holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.

Winston Lieu CTO, VP Engineering
Mr. Lieu has fourteen years of management and design experience in product research and development. From 1991-98 Mr. Lieu was Project Leader and Technical Manager at AT&T, Lucent and Philips Consumer Communications. Prior to 1991, Mr. Lieu was with AT&T, responsible for several system integration and design projects.
Mr. Lieu gained a Wharton Executive MBA in May 1999. He has an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia.

Scott Spreen VP Sales and Marketing
Mr. Spreen has more than 20 years of product management, marketing, and manufacturing experience in the telecommunications industry, and in his current role with Mobicom, he is responsible for sales, marketing, and product management for Mobicom’s global wireless terminals business.
Prior to joining Mobicom, Mr. Spreen was the Assistant General Manager for NEC America’s wireless terminal business where he was responsible for business development, product management, marketing, and operations. Mr. Spreen has also held management positions AT&T, Ericsson, and Siemens.
Mr. Spreen earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University , where he graduated cum laude.
